ABOUT US

Big D’s Big Dog Rehab, Inc. is a 501c non-profit organization created and formed by Diana M Gonzales-Ricard who, with my husband, Thierry, and daughter, Isabella, have committed to helping rescue and rehabbing shelter dogs who have run out of time and are in danger of being euthanized.  Many of the dogs we rescue are poorly socialized and human shy and so we work to build trust and turn them into pets.  Our ability to do so, however, heavily depends on others who are in a position to foster and adopt these dogs once they are pulled from high-kill shelters.

Dogs have an amazing ability to forgive and love.   They can teach us so much about humanity as well as ourselves.
